Due to the risk of disease, we cannot accept product returns unless there is a verifiable defect in the product.  Our quality control people make every effort to inspect all products before shipping. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

All shipments are made FOB Sarasota, FL.  We are not responsible for any damage during shipping.  If you require insurance for the shipment, please note this in the order form.  If you have a preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc), please note this in the order form.

While we make EVERY effort to provide bird-safe products, it is your responsibility to monitor your bird's interaction with the products.  We are not responsible for any damages nor harm that may befall your bird from the use of our products.  If you notice a problem, please contact us immediately and remove the item from the bird's cage or play area.

All shipments within the state of Florida is subject to Sales Tax of 6% plus any county surcharge.
